Transaction Paper Abstracts

Abstracts afford access to the essence and main contributions of technical papers. When an issue of a PES Transactions has been published, a list of the papers in the issue is posted on the PES web site along with links to their abstracts in IEEE Xplore^®. The deadline for submitting discussions is posted as well.

• To Order Transactions Papers: Clicking on the abstract link provided for a paper will allow you to view the paper’s abstract in IEEE Xplore^®. If you wish to purchase the full paper, click on the PDF Full-Text link at the end of the abstract and follow the instructions. Papers may also be purchased from the Ask*IEEE document delivery service ().
• Discussion Deadlines: Discussions must be submitted to the PES Executive Office by the posted deadline date. This deadline is 90 days from the issue date of the Transactions in which the paper is published. Complete instructions for the submission of discussions can be found in Part 5 of the PES Author’s Kit.
