IEEE Power & Energy Society Tutorials

IEEE Power & Energy Society (PES) tutorials are geared toward experienced power engineering professionals and offer in-depth knowledge on a wide array of trending engineering topics.  Tutorials generally consist of multi-part series, with each session approximately 80 minutes in length, 60 minutes for presentation, and 20 minutes for Q&A for live tutorials.

In-person tutorials are available at applicable IEEE PES conferences for a fee and are either half-day or full-day presentations.   Upon successful completion of each tutorial series, attendees receive a certificate of completion.  The option to earn Continuing Education Units (CEUs) or Professional Development Hours (PDHs) is available for noted tutorials.

All on-demand tutorials are available in the IEEE PES Resource Center and are free for PES members, reduced for IEEE members, and available for purchase by non-members.
