Electrical Engineering Student of last semester from National University of Colombia, leader of social media in Women in Power R9. She is passionate about electrical markets, history and books.

Catleen has been part of IEEE as member and volunteer for 6 years. She has has been treasurer (2015), vice president (2016) and president (2017) of its student branch, has led the PES student chapter of her university (2020), has participated as leader of the education committee of SIGHT Colombia (2019-2020) and has been the representative of Women in Power of Colombia (2020-2021). She is a committed, creative and attentive person.
