How To Submit An IEEE PES Transaction or Journal

Check The PES Author’s Kit 

To ensure your paper adheres to our guidelines, please check the PES Author’s Kit to ensure your submission matches the PES template.

Manuscript Central Submission Site

Create a Manuscript Central, our submission site, account. If you have already created an account, please use those login credentials. Once ready, navigate to the publication of interest, under the Author tab, and click Begin Submission.

Once in Manuscript Central, proceed with the following steps.

1. Select your paper type.
   1. Regular Review Paper
   2. Regular Application Paper
   3. Regular Research Paper
   4. Any Special Sections for the corresponding Transaction or Journal.
2. Enter the title of the paper and either cut/paste or upload the abstract.
3. Upload the main paper PDF file, along with any supplementary files. Double-check that the manuscript adheres to the submission guidelines as noted in the PES Author’s Kit, including the following.
   1. No more than 10 pages.
   2. Any applicable figures and tables, make sure they are numbered correctly in order and there are no duplicates.
   3. References at the end of the paper.
   4. If applicable, a cover letter, separate from the main file.
4. Enter all the author/s names, unless submitting for anonymous review, along with affiliations.
5. Enter any preferred or non-preferred reviewers.
6. Add any additional details, comments, or notes as appropriate.
7. Review and submit.
