  • Submit all details and assets to ensure our standard 2 weeks/10-business-day turnaround. HDG will deliver earlier, if possible.
  • HDG will contact the requester directly (copying Klysha) for any pending details or final files.
  • Only 2 rounds of edits are allowed after the initial project review.
  • Klysha will meet with HDG weekly to confirm project schedules.
