Nomination due : 27th November.


The IEEE PES Prize Paper Award will be awarded to the authors of the two most outstanding papers from among those nominated. Each Technical Council Committee may nominate one paper, published in Transactions during the previous three year period. For example, for the nominations due November 14, 2007, the three year period would be from September 1, 2004 to August 31, 2007. This award consists of a plaque for each author and a $200 honorarium for a single author or a $100 honorarium for multiple authors. Each Technical Council Committee is urged to submit one electronic copy of nomination no later than November 14. One electronic copy of the paper (and its discussions) must accompany the nomination form. The award will be presented at the PES Summer Meeting Awards Luncheon.
